Kramer Cremation was outstanding in their service during a very difficult time. They keep you updated during the entire process, from transportation of your loved one, to alerting the SS administration, to the actual cremation process. I never once had to worry about the timelines and status of the cremation. Their prices were incredibly fair, and they offer multiple options depending on what your loved one requested. I cannot recommend this service more, A+ business.

Kramar Cremation provided exceptional care and support during a very difficult time in September 2024 when my mother passed away. From the beginning, they were patient, understanding, and communicative, ensuring that I was informed throughout the entire process of obtaining my mom’s death certificate and her cremation. I had to urgently hire a cremation service in the middle of the night. Kramer seemed to be reasonably priced so I gave them a try. They picked up my mom within 2 hours and as it urns out they were one of the cheapest in Denver. Thewere very empathetic to my situation and extremely professional. Their communication was excellent thru the whole process. I will definitely recommend Kramer Cremation in the future

This, unfortunately is my second time using Kramer for taking care of a loved one. First with my uncle and now with my grandmother. Everyone at Kramer is so kind, kept me updated, and made everything so easy by providing online quotes and texting/emailing. They did not force unwanted phone calls like the other mortuaries. They provide everything but will only arrange what you want. It was under $900 to fulfill my Dad's wishes to have a basic cremation and there were no hidden charges. There were only like 3 or 4 other mortuaries that provided online quotes. All the common mortuaries wanted to take advantage of my Dad's death.

I had wonderful service with Kramer! Kramer is super affordable. I was in touch throughout the whole process. I was notified of every step, if I had any questions they were answered quickly. Everyone was so nice and understanding. Thank you all so much for helping me through this process.

It was unfortunately my fathers death that brought us too the establishment how ever they were kind and friendly and informative every step of the process I was updated on where my father was at in the process. Death is not easy to deal with. It’s cruel, it affects everyone differently and the pain that is caused is indescribable. I actually found Kramer by mistake, thinking they were closer to us in Davis County, and I can’t express enough how thankful I did reach out to them and let them take care of our mama/nana. While there is truly no preparation for losing someone important, Kramer went out of their way to help me through the process. ESPECIALLY Alyssa. This amazing human went above and beyond to help me through the entire process, even just being an ear for me to talk to. Alyssa also went out of her way to help me get the death certificate changed and reach out to the proper channels to make sure there were no stones unturned. It wasn’t her job to listen to me sob and ramble about how grief-stricken I am, it wasn’t her job to call with every tiny update or reminder, but Alyssa did it without me ever feeling the need to reach out to them first. Nothing will ever express how much I appreciate knowing that I wasn’t alone through this, it truly helped me keep pushing forward.

I thought I had waited to long to ask about the necklaces with his ashes, I wanted to give our mother the necklace, I’m not sure who was responding to my emails but they were very quick in their responses and assured me that it was not to late to order one. This is the second review that I have written. Both reviews have been 5 stars. I just needed to add that Kramer Cremation has been incredibly helpful. I researched and called various places to make sure I could take my mother's ashes out of the country. It all seemed to be OK, but I decided to check one more time. A wonderful staff member at Kramer suggested I go the consulate in person. I had already received emailed information from the consulate, but I was not confident all was in order. I did as the Kramer staff member suggested and found out all was not in order. I had to obtain more documents to receive proper clearance. If not for the amazing staff member, I would have encountered trouble. Thank you so much for saving our plans!

Although there was a hiccup in the death certicates we received, in that the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office made an error, Kramer Family Funeral Home stood behind their customer service values and corrected this error to our satisfaction.

Words do not describe the experience that we had with Kramer. Most definitely the most affordable. But most of all they were the most caring and compassionate individuals I have encountered in a very long time. Anytime that we had questions they responded quickly. They gave us constant updates and our loved ones ashes was back way before we had expected. Highly recommended and again 10-star review.

They took awesome care of my mom. I was advised cremation could take 14-16 days but my mom’s ashes were ready in 1 week that being today 6/7 as she passed 5/31. Although I’m not ready to see her like this (in ashes) I can say my mom was in great hands and they treated her body with respect🥹

This Funeral home has really been great. My aunt passed on last Friday and they came right away to pick her up. Here we are a week to today and were picking up her ashes. This is a sad moment but we thank you for caring for our loved one.

They helped make a green burial in NC possible by quickly researching laws about transportation for a green burial. They were very considerate and compassionate in all our conversations.
